1976-D Kennedy Half Dollar / KHD Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ? Please Confirm Or Refute.

The mint mark could be RPM or just wear / impact. At the 45 degree mark from center of the mint mark.. does that second arch look like an impact or look like a second D?
