Looks like a partial brockage (not a broken die)

Thanks for the help so far. A question, though... what is the lettering , or what looks like lettering? can you describe the brockage in a way I can understand what I'm seeing? thanks very much. Bill.

It was struck through a previously struck cent.

Thanks to all of you, and Grapescollects, the site you listed was very helpful. I filed it for further use. Bill.

I'm seeing a brockage of what looks like Lincoln's coat/shoulder. That would be in line with Coop's thinking that it's from another cent. I find it interesting that the obverse die look like it was pushed to the K:2 position by the 2nd coin. Does the edge show any kind of a line? As if from a tilted or partial collar strike? Nice coin! I wish it was mine!
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Yes, Yokozuna, in the second photo I show the edge with a line completely around the coin.
