Here is a second 1921-S Walking Liberty half to comment on grade.
It is a little better than the first.

I don't want to rain on a parade but I would say this is closer to VG8. Maybe a bump to F12 because this is a 1921, but not enough tail feathers and not enough gown stripes. Also, a less than full T and Y in Liberty. Like the coin for the grade.
