Hello all, first post on here, but I have been following for awhile now. while roll searching I came across this cent. Now I've seen gator skin before. But nothing like this. What are your thoughts? I greatly appreciate you all. A wealth of knowledge on here.

to CCF. It is a plating issue. Debris gets caught between the copper plating and zinc core.
