I'd guess XF45 to AU50 with environmental damage. (Black spot on reverse)

Black spot bothers me a bit. Maybe some acetone will remove it? Does anyone know how acetone works on a War Nickel? Do not use acetone until you get some comments on it.

Hold it right there . Do not submit for grading .It will cost you more than it's worth . You would need your coin to be at least MS-67 with FS . Yours is only AU and not FS .

DO NOT get this graded. Even if it got MS65 FS, which this isn't even close to, it still wouldn't be worth getting graded.
