Lighthouse Large Coin Capsules W/Foam Rings

econrad Valued Member United States 131 Posts	Posted 11/15/2019 2:13 pm I have a few medals in the Lighthouse coin capsules with the removable inert black foam rings. They have been in these capsules for about a year now with no issues. My concern is the foam, I know they say they are inert but I'm weary of this for long term storage. Before I go putting all my higher end medals in these capsules I figured I would see if anyone here has had any issues or concerns with this method of long term storage. Thanks! The only issue I've had is if the medal is not the exact diameter as the pre set rings it can be a real challenge to try and work it into the foam rings. Report this Post to the Staff
