I'm in my car before work, the pictures aren't the greatest. There's a flying man above the structure amongst others things. It's like a scene out of Fear and loathing in Las Vegas. My question is Error or PMD

Can't be an error, has to be PMD. The marks are causing an illusion like seeing a face in a cloud.

Multiple people according to the internet have the same PMD...

Surely, if the marks are incuse, it's more likely to be PMD; if raised, more likely to be a variety.
