Disregard the bottom 2 photos of the obverse, it's a Wyoming quarter I thought might have an error

Looks like cup holder stains on the quarters. spendable.

I think it's just a cup holder coin. Something has etched and discolored the coin is spots.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
