1987-D Washington quarter Doubling in Motto

the motto has doubling doesn't appear to be MD and is pretty much only in motto and other words have nothing going the same direction. but I am still unsure with quarters just started looking at them. Any input, comment welcome

I am not seeing a DDO here. Worn die or PMD maybe minor MD.

I would keep this one for now. I see what you are saying, but the die state for your coin makes it hard to tell for sure what the die looked like in the original state it was in when first created. I don't see any listings for a doubled die that year/mint. If another example is found later on then you still have your example. So the jury for me on this one is still out.

Part of the die aging process alters the motto area on the quarters. When you put the different die states together, then you start to how die aging affects this area:

Coop,
Are you saying it is MD or DDD or circulation flattening? But not a DDO,right?
