I looked on wexlers and I couldent find a match, would this be an unlisted WDDR? I managed to get my nail in there to press down on it and its solid.

Right side of the 7th Column you will notice some sort of line.

Try rotating the coin 90 degrees to see if you can take a shot at a different angle?

Well I'm not seeing what your a talking about. If you talking about the area next to the column, then that is die polishing that altered the field edge of the die. When a slight amount of die material is removed off the die, then the coin will have an area that rises. That is what you are seeing.
