Since I have a new scope, I took a better look at some of the pennies that were put aside. This 1969 D penny seems to have a small date and mint over large. I am new to this, so I am sorry if I am using the wrong terms. There is obviously a much larger D under the visible small D. Most of the lettering on the coin is also doubled. I tried to capture all the odd areas in the photos.

What do you all think?

Obverse looks like a slight " Greaser"...no rpm
Reverse just shows die wear on the devices nearest the rim

All this happened on a single (regular die) strike. The coin is showing the die is showing die wear on the devices facing the rims on both dies. There is also Machine Doubling on the tops of the reverses devices also. ( Machine Doubling is common on the 1968-1972 cents) The weaken devices is from a Grease Fill on the die. Also note Liberty devices are smaller than normal because of die polishing. No premium for this, but you might want to save it to show to a new collector, because of the die events/striking issues/over polishing. You could have a nice conversation with just one coin to talk about and mention there is no premium for any of this.
