Agree. Just post-mint stamps and notations for whatever reason.

I agree with the above.

The United States Mint produces COINS, not paper currency. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) produces our paper currency. A Mint error would indicate an error on a COIN, not on paper money.
