The Little Numbers On The Modern Currency - Does This Error/Variety Exist?

Last year I saw a video from what I think might be from Couch Collectibles in which he talked about a bill with which the little numbers were of another denomination. For example: on a ten dollar bill there's little 20s. I was looking for that video again and didn't find it yet, and found this from him at 4:15:

This 20 has no little numbers on the back. Did I forget this or has there been discoveries found with the wrong little numbers? If anything it'd be a good error on my part to have been looking for them in case they do exist!
