1) If it's a Lincoln Cent struck over a dime then why is it copper colored?

2) Weighing the coin will tell you what planchet the coin was struck on to begin with.

Just curious. If you suspect something is wrong with the Reverse of the coin, why do you post 3 photos of the Obverse of your coin ?
Obverse is the front of the coin, Reverse is the back of the coin.
