Machine doubling. Note how the devices are not enlarged, but are reduced in size? If it were a doubled die, the devices would be larger in size.

Note the areas to look for doubled dies on the EPU areas:

Note on the outsides of the design, but on the centers, look for the spread there.
Machine doubling is seen on the outside edges and reduces the size of the devices.

The rim on that coin looks a little to beat up to be a proof
