1964 D LMC With Either Rim Cud, Struck Through Debris, Or Lam Help Please

I found this 1964 D LMC that has issues around about 3/4 of the rim, in one way looks like may be a rim Cud but has what looks like may have been struck through debris, I could use some help to try to identify if anything or PSD, thank you for any information

Hi, ctrcrazy2. Possibility of PSD occurred on your coin. Setting aside PSD & wear, your pix show rim Cud, struck through, and lamination issues. It would be nice to see those characteristics in an uncirculated 1964 D. This is a newbie's insight. Thanks to CCF & the experts, we have a site to learn from...
