Hello. I'm new to this forum and may not be in the right place. I'm curious about a dime I found. It looks almost melted and not much of a face to it. Is this a mint error? Any info will help. Thank u.

Agree with Spence, blistering caused by heat. There must be a lot of
them out there, this is the third one that has showed up this week.
