Excellent coins @ttkoo! The date on that last Juchid coin seems to say 7888 - though of course there's nothing but 788 that it could be given Toqtamysh's reign. I'm sure that between you and @bd251 you'll have the entire 15th century covered with AH dated coins when the 8th edition rolls up to there (in 2026), and would be making good progress through the 14th as well Excellent denar from @EddieDiz as well! Looking forward to more 1380s coins, especially the (interestingly dated) example from Collects82. My next entry is 776 AH (1374 AD), or at least I think it is - there's a bunch of variant manglings of the date of that seemingly single-year type, and my coin's specific version isn't attested on Zeno, but is almost surely still the same underlying date. I do wonder who attributed this type to 776 specifically, though...

Quote: Excellent coins @ttkoo! The date on that last Juchid coin seems to say 7888 Thanks @january1may. Yes the abundance of "8's" had me wondering for a while but the Zeno reference shows the same characteristics and that settled my mind. I'm still hoping to eventually see @tdziemia's 1373 in this edition, but time will tell. And I'm also looking forward to seeing your 776!

How far back CAN we go before the 7th catches up?
That's two great coins #tdziemia
My next offering tomorrow may raise some debate, but that's a good thing.

Quote: That's two great coins #tdziemia Sorry tdziemia and apologies EddieDiz, I thought the 1385 and 84 were both tdziemia's. Eddie... your 85 is pretty special too.

That is a great acquisition @tdziemia! and still we make progressMy offering is a very dilapidated 1383 denier - Mary I Hungary My concerns are the light weight, the shape of the cross ends... is it contemporary conterfeit?

Superb pick-up @tdz. And @ttk, here is another example of your Denar, just with a bit more remaining detail:

Quote: My concerns are the light weight, the shape of the cross ends... is it contemporary conterfeit? Based on spence's coin, it looks like yours is OK. The devices all look the same, and we can;t see much of your lettering. Maybe whatever adverse conditions it saw reduced the weight?
