1969-S LMC Doubling Need Help Please

Sorry about the pics just wanted opinions on this .Is this a deteriorating die or loose die I've never seen Machine Doubling this bad thank you.

On TRUST it looks like Push doubling on the 'ST' on trust. 1968-1972 cents were known for a lot of Machine Doubling. Even the Big DDO, has many examples with Machine Doubling on them.

This is Machine Doubling... AKA (shelving) The doubled portion looks like a flat shelf rather than a "rounded" second half. I have many of these and was very excited when I found my first... only to be let down. Do some more research on the differences and it becomes clear.
