From photo the coin is on fence between PL and DMPL, and the frost on devices may be a little weak for DMPL. To get the DMPL designation the mirrors need to be in the 6" + at PCGS and currently NGC appears to be a little softer on DMPL mirrors. There is a big jump in price difference for your coin in PL vs DMPL. My guess is MS64 PL.
