Yes but you're looking at the wrong thing. You see Machine Doubling which is probably why you posted it. I see a class 6 DDO.

Wow really! Well I also posted it because of the 9. May I have a link to either Variety Vista, or Wexler's?

I'm rather excited! My first DDO!

I see doubling on the MM along with the date. Wouldn't this indicate it's just Machine Doubling?

I believe the 9 makes it stand out the most.

Biggest indication it isn't just MD maybe?

SORRY everyone, my girlfriend has received a blow to the head causing a ruptured eardrum and I'm kind of out. Very worried and scared.
Might be a bit late with the replies.

What premium does it carry? Rather curious as I have never found one before.

May I ask which type? Like is it DDO-006?

Looks like 1DO-002 but yours appears to be in an earlier die state.

I'm seeing your mint mark more tilted (cw) than the one for ddo-002...My feeling is it's still ddo-004...also I believe it's not a doubled eye lid, just took a hit in that area. With coin in hand you can now determine if its 002 or 004. good luck to you and your gfriend for speedy recovery

Thank you everyone, and thanks for the wishes Greasy Fingers.

Very first DDO! Just curious, what premium would this have? Of course I'm not interested in selling it, but I'm just curious.

On the VV site, if you scroll down towards the bottom past the images of the stages, there is a very rough valuation once you determine the grade. Coppercoins has a chart for value as well.
The prices listed may or may not be accurate because a lot of things can alter the value. Such as it is a "raw" coin and a lot of variety collectors like finding the varieties and won't buy them. Some of the serious collectors of varieties with $ to spend like them in higher grades.

ps. Nice catch right out of the gate GC on this being a class 6 DDO with MD. The U (TRUST) and E (WE) make it easy to see.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
