Hello All,
Just a quick question - is it possible that a 1929 Buffalo nickel would have an error like this in the date? Its a perfect line down the 9 that is indented. I am leaning towards PMD, but I thought I would throw it up here for opinions.

You can feel the ridge inside the 9, but the 1 almost appears raised. Anyway, thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Being from the little that we see of the entire coin being pretty worn and beat, that it would be PMD .

To bad it's PMD since it does look odd.
