Ungraded it is. I am trying to sell all my proofs in OMP including both two nation sets I got last year (US and CND versions)

So I've noticed in just the last couple of days the prices have been going up a little on ebay. I'm not sure if it's just a statistical fluke, but before ~1 week ago prices were around 1400-1500 for an NGC PF70 with no special COA # or FDOI etc... Now I see auctions (excluding BIN) ending in the $1600-1800 range, with a couple even breaking $2k.

I never opened mine either. in fact, I rarely open my sets from the mint with the exception of the morgan / Peace dollars due to all the QC issues. I may mail mine to PCGS someday to get it encapsulated. Being the rarest type 1 eagle ever, it will eclipse the 95-w as it ages. we're already starting to see the 95-w pricing fade a bit and the 19-e ERP is holding strong at a K or more raw.

Well, I'm just glad I have all 3 Kings of the ASE's: 1995-W 2019-S ERP, and the 2008-W burnished with the reverse of the 2007 die design.

I got lucky on sales day and scored one. Then I went through all the hoops with PCGS to get it graded. It came back a 70 and I sold it for almost exactly $2000. I then used the proceeds to restart my dormant stamp collection, which was nice to upgrade with the proceeds.
And now I am buying all the TypeII ASEs and trying to get one of each in a 70 grade. So far so good.
I don't regret selling the coin. But I had assumed that the mad rush to buy in the first 5 minutes would not repeat itself. But it did, especially with the Morgans.

I don't understand someone, who says he/she is a Collector, and then selling one, and breaking up the set, just because it has a greater value. That's not a True Collector.

You may want a different coin more. I haven't sold mine, but I don't really collect ASE, so if for example a gold coin comes around that I really want, I may sell another coin to get that coin.

hfjacinto: I was so lucky to get my 2019-S ERP. I called my brother 20 min before and told him to try to get one as well. He was able to check out, I was not able to. It was then being shipped to his address at University and USPS didnt delivery it (they delivered the rest of the mail, just not the package). I called the USPS and the rep said they are surprised they didnt return it, and said they usually send it back after one failed delivery attempt... I was so mad. Eventually got my brother to go and pick it up.
The 2020 V75 was much easier. I was able to get 4 of them. One graded a 70, 2 graded 69, and one was left ungraded.
