Hi all,
I just stumbled across a coin I pulled out of circulation 30ish years ago when I was a kid. A google search makes me think it is a version of a lamination error. I am uploading photos, but a quick description is that the obverse has what looks like a crack running through it. In a couple places there are pits in the crack and in one place it looks like the outer material was folded over onto the coin. The crack doesn't show at all on the reverse.
Take a look at the pictures. I am mainly curious if there is any type of a premium on it. I am guessing not, since it is not a very attractive error . . . and the coin is G-4 at best.
Thanks for the help!
Craig
