Hello Again--when looking through my close up hand held Magnifier it looks like C in front of O. Not sure after the O. I must get a better microscope camera!-Let me know what you all think-Praise to all of you dealing with my hopes!

Isn't the C's smaller than the O's? To me the size looks the same with these photos.

I believe there is supposed to be a die marker above the 9. Can't tell from your pics though.

it's a very near date position so VAM-11 is the only possibility.

I would also say VAM-11 as from the pictures provided it has the thread like die break running through the ribbon as well.
need sharper pictures of the coin though to nail down a VAM.

Very possible it is a VAM-11. I don't see the die beak on the 9 of the date though.
