Didn't the Mint say there was a little over 100k people attempting to get last years ERP ASE? If that's the case I can't see this one still available after a couple hours. Even with twice the mintage I still feel a similar number of people trying to get one.

It's likely to be sold out in 15 minutes.

So, selling both on Nov. 5th at 12 noon EST all but guarantees the website crashes in the crush to get on between the two hot items, not smart of them at all.
the pride of two nations set was 110,000 coins and took about a day to sell out, technically I think over a weekend if I remember correctly. 75,000 mintage is significantly lower than that but double+ the mintage of the 2019S ERP. comparatively speaking it's a lower mintage than the 2011 25th anniversary set burnished and reverse proof coins so should get a premium on it on the secondary market too, just not a big of win as the 2019S ERP, or what I think the 75th anniversary of WWII gold eagle is going to get.
I dunno, I don't think the silver one is a 15 minute sell out but likely will sell out before the end of the day, probably a couple hours. however I think the website is absolutely going to crash and make it difficult to place an order, and I think the 2020 WWII 75th anniversary gold coin will sell out immediately even with the crashing. Just too few of them for the dealers and resellers to not all flood the website for it. probably 100K people all trying to get those 1945 of them.....

It would be better if they released these on different days. They may have a reason, but on the surface it does not make sense to me. If they offered them both back on the 2nd of September, sure, that makes sense. However, as far a I can tell, Guy Fawkes has nothing do to with the end of WWII.

The price is too high on this item. I will take a pass this time.

I'm going to try for both. I have zero belief on the gold. Silver I figure I can get but if I was smart I'd wait a while and get it on the secondary market.

I'm from Canada, will attempt to get a Silver one. The price is high but lower than I was anticipating given some recent trends (I had guessed at least $90). I just hope I have good luck, fingers crossed.
