The lighting makes it difficult to grade. But IMO it's at least AU-58, and MS-63 BN is quite possible.

pretty sure this would grade MS so I'm at MS63 as for color I'm going with BN without better obverse photos but it could be in the RB range

With the spotting, hairlines and color I believe this one was once cleaned. MS details, cleaned

Forgot to mention the die scratches in front of the nose look uncannily like the mpl die markers, not to mention the left side of the bust
