MS66, looks like its been stored in a nitrogen atmosphere since it left the mint

First is how does a 111 coin look this good ? But I see a few ding marks on the face and on the back. I'll go MS64, I might even say MS63 but lately the TPGs have grading 2 grades higher than photograde so it will probably come back from a TPG as ms 65/66. To me it's an MS63/64

minor scratches and marks on 66 is acceptable. MS65 good shot at MS66RD

Very nice, I think the hit on the right wheat stalk will hold it to MS-65RD.
