retiredkper Pillar of the Community United States 541 Posts	Posted 02/29/2020 9:10 pm If this is one medal it is an unfinished medal struck in the miniature size and is also a mismatch of the obverse and reverse designs of two different medals, one being a navy good conduct and the other of one of several campaign medals from the early 1900's.
