1972 Jefferson Nickel- Looks Like Spear Through The Dome Of Building

This 1972 Jefferson nickel caught my attention... On the reverse there appears to be a spear through the dome of building. Has anyone seen this before and does it hold any value above face value? Nevertheless, I think it is an unique coin.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
