I think it made it to F15. the ding in front of the forehead might pull a details designation as the metal is displaced

I'll say VG-10, facial scratches detract but I think it goes straight.

I agree with the VG-10 comments but I liked the eye appeal of this coin. F-12 is the top for this coin IMO. Thanks for looking!!
