That little dark spot on the bottom band, dead center. I would think this might keep it from full line designation. It may just be a bit of crud picked up over the years, in which case it might be removed. I'd try a little hot water and a rub of a Q-tip, nothing else. However, I'm still leaning towards it being part of the coin. Just giving you options. Either way, full or not, there is no real added premium should it turn out to be as it is a common date. Still, a nice keeper. Thanks for sharing!
