I have been going through my grandfathers coins and found this 1919 Canadian Coin with two spots on it that seem to be a possible error? What is yall's thoughts?

Welcome to the forums! Certainly not an error in any capacity. I would agree with a cuff link, silver 5 cents are a perfect size for that kind of thing. Just don't do that with the 1884 or 1875s!
