Teach, I have learned Many things from collecting for more than 50 years. Return the sets, NOT an option, knowing or actually NOT knowing IF anymore will be produced, hold on to what You have, IMHO, I think the mint will produce more of these sets, IF they do not, WOW........ PS, I am expecting another order from them tomorrow, Having these, now... Priceless !!

I agree with Morgan. If they come out with more, buy another one and if that's good, initiate a return using the newer order # and send them back the old one. If they don't make more, something is better than nothing.

I know it might be hard to see but the rim of my nickel above unum is flattened a bit. This is damage to the coin and not something that would be desirable, correct? I am happy regardless but appreciate the input.

Not happy with "Smart Post" or the Mint's contracted fulfillment center? Try driving the distance yourself in the same time frame and see how it works out. For $3.95 (or free) you are getting a pretty good deal.

I checked out the five sets that I received. I have to say that the quality overall looks great. I only found a couple of tiny pieces of dust. One of the nickel RP bags was completely unsealed at one end. Any suggestions for how to seal it?

Shipping cost is low but the time it takes to get to my house is long. It took exactly 13 days from order to get the package and mine was also delivered by USPS, otherwise I would have gotten it a day earlier. My best time was 4 days from order for the American Innovation Dollars to 15 days for 2nd 2019 ERP.

I finally received my sets today. The coins look good, but that reverse nickel looks so much better in hand. Ftr, the bags were sealed and in the envelopes.

I feel more confident of it staying protected in there even if the bag came sealed. At least I know I'm not crazy thinking I was the only one with a bag that wasn't sealed.

I bought coin capsules for the cents last year and not happy on how that turned out with toning vs. The one's I left in the bags. Not saying it's the capsules or what, just saying they are toning already and shouldn't be, and all stored in the same place with my ones I didn't mess with and those are fine.
I know, I will hear "operator error" that's fine. I wore gloves, I was careful, didn't cough, ect. But already getting rainbow circles forming on them in the capsules.
It is what it is. kinda glad I bought a couple last year to do a couple different things with. Maybe it's the coins themselves, maybe it's what I did, who knows.... I'm leaving these nickels the way they came since my results are better a's original. If there's interest maybe I'll take pictures. Fairly certain it has something to do with Florida and 90%+ humidity most days and yada yada yada.maybe leaving it in the bag..
Anyways I don't have a problem with toning especially natural toning so for my collection it's fine especially that it's not developing in brown or grey which happens some times and looks ugly. They could be really pretty in 20 years or so. Lol.
I'm leaving these nickels as is. I receieved my order and honestly everything is beautiful. No complaints at all.

Looks like the S mint resumes operations on a limited basis starting tomorrow (May 4th). I wonder what 1.5 months of shutdown will do to the possibility of any more silver proof sets. They still have eight months.

If there is profit to be made I am sure they will do their best to crank out a few more before the year is out.

My two sets arrived last week, and everything is in good order. Whether more are made or not, I am set.
