Exactly right,we are currently looking at a 1930 penny that was sold in the 1960's,seller had a letter from an aged Lady who detailed how her deceased Husband obtained the Coin.It was all hearsay,the Coin was a high end fake,the old lady was manipulated into signing a pre-worded statement when she sold her Husbands Coins.
The buyer took the seller to Court but that's where the trail ends,we can't find out,so far,how it all ended.
To the OP I hope your Coin is genuine but its a Jungle
out there.
