Hello everyone,

I was going through my ICCS flips and I forgot about this odd looking one.

What exactly is on Queen Vicky's head? Not exactly believing the ICCS comments.

Please help validate comments on ICCS flip. Thanks,

Maybe a really big Cud? Under magnification it should be pretty obvious if it was added later by a jeweller.

'Hold my beer'
Ha Ha Ha that is too funny. My guess is there was no one around to hold the beer.
