1943 S Lincoln Wheat Cent Doubled Die DDO-001, FS-101

Finished up the bag of 1943-S tonight, and found two DDO-001. The other is circulated and this one is pretty decent. Certainly lots of doubling going on for a coin not overly popular with the average collecting crowd.

Real toughie that nice, actually a toughie no matter the condition. That's a great find. Took me a long time to find the more common 1943-P FS-101

Great find.

But I must say when you're not here, you need to hang with different collecting peeps that like it as much as this guy does!
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Great find! This is certainly a difficult die to find. Your coin is also in exceptional condition for a steelie.
