I see Machine Doubling and damage, that's about it. So no, this has no value.
EDIT: As Sam said, might be a strike through, but I'm not for sure. What lead me to believe it wasn't a strike through was that at a quick glance, it just seemed like an indent. But the closer I look, I can see there are remnants of the E and the R in LIBERTY, meaning it wasn't flattened, which means it might not be damage.
Looks like a struck through something. Not a big thing. Now it if it looked like something, then it would have more interest. (Looks like a struck through a wad of paper/grease issue. Note the incuse mark below the Red arrow on Liberty? Note how the metal make a wave like a splash mark on that area. That tells me it was a coin hit. But on the upper area, we don't see a wave around that area. Thus leading me to believe it is a struck through something.
