NGC thought this was MS-67 RD. Uh, seriously? I guess if you ignore the giant fingerprint, all the reverse spotting, and the choppy color on the obverse. I suppose that could have shown up after it was holdered?

Wait just a minute , hold on ! Is there anyway you can show us the slab ? TPG's make mistakes sometimes but that is ridiculous .

It's not a 67 any longer. The prints and spots could be from NGC's poor handling. I've seen it happen before.
