Try to think of the positve and good times, when you both smiled and laughed, the joy she brought you and others. That's what she would want.
Talk to others or continue to write your thoughts and feelings, here or anywhere that will give you an outlet. It's OK to release in a safe manner.
You have many people who will listen... Lean on each other.
