Could that be a die crack along the base of Washington's bust, or simply a light reflection anomaly? Close-up just above the date might tell us more. The Q in QUARTER has a curious look--any chance of a close-up there as well?
Aside from all that, I'm thinking MS67. Very nice coin!
Perfect screen filing photos, excellent lighting, a beautiful display. Any further analysis of that quarter would be pure redumdant . . . The microscope picks up a minute smudge of maybe fingernail wax touching the inside top edge if the Q , and the eagle is staring intently trying to determine if maybe a pin point touched the edge of a wing feather. Unless one of us can find an axe scar on George's forehead I am content to grade this gem 69.
