Late Roman Coin - Probably Not Constantine II

collector.detector Pillar of the Community United States 505 Posts	Posted 06/25/2020 12:25 am This is listed as a Constantine II nummis. The seller says it's 1.27 grams. Wildwinds has one listed under a SMNS mint mark with this text Quote: Constantius II, AE4, Nicomedia. 337-341 AD. DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG, laureate and rosette-diademed head right. GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS, two soldiers standing by one standard with O on banner. Mintmark SMNS. I can't to find the RIC number on Wildwinds. Is there another example I can compare it to? The Ribbon(not sure what is it called) extends onto the neck and the bust is a different style than most of the Constantine II coins Report this Post to the Staff

Coins of this period have seemingly endless variations and as a result, it can be hard to find other examples online even when the coin isn't exceedingly rare.
