I was looking at this coin and noticed some details that match exactly with the 1844/81 1C.
Here is the attributes from PCGS
1844/81-1c,-BN-Regular-Strike

You correctly attributed the overdate. Nice find! Unfortunately it's holed, but it's still nice to have an example of this variety until a nicer example comes along.
