Strange-Color-On-This-1963-D-Penny

What do y'all think about this penny? Color is odd and Liberty looks strange.

Color looks normal for a coin of that age, copper can tone or stain any number of different colors. That is just damage on LIBERTY.
Rest in Peace

I'm seeing a well-circulated '63 D Lincoln cent--has the many dings and hits and discoloration to show for it. Who knows what the reverse looks like. I've come across thousands of these.
