to CCF. Not an error,it is PMD. It did not leave the mint like that.Value is 10¢

Agree with the above--damage on this coin did not occur during the minting process.

It looks a lot like it was rolled to some degree similar to a rolled souvenir penny... Interesting damage ...

This coin is damaged. It is not an error. Its like a wrecked car. Just not sent to the junkyard yet. Bank will add it to the ones to send back to the mint to be canceled.
