So this mark looks like an I from liberty or in I thought it may be a dropped letter but it is raised on the coin. Is it just a die chip? Also this doubling on the reverse is amazing but I think it's just md. Any thoughts on those two things? And overall on the coin? Seems pretty cool to me and in great shape...

By the date is a gas bubble and MD on the reverse.

Use a toothpick on it and see if it depresses. If it does, it's a gas bubble. If it doesn't, it's a die gouge.
