I think there's doubling on the obverse and also what's the line through the O in OF? And on the reverse, does the beak have doubling?

Thank you for the pictures.I don't see any doubling on the obverse. on the reverse it looks like staining below the beak. the O of OF has taken a hit and it is gouged.

Most of what you are seeing is coin damage. Just a face value coin when that happens.
