If you're speaking in Canadian dollars, then yes; that would be a very nice price.
If you're talking $65 in US funds, then no.

Naturally, the shipping is sometimes the 'killer' of any deal.

$65 is definitely a fair price. A local dealer down the street from where I live typically pays $60 for these toonie rolls and sells them for $70 (when they are out of stock, of course). Individually, when I checked a couple of days ago, the toonies were selling at about $7 apiece on ebay. But the initial popularity may have slightly declined.
