Is this just PMD or DDD? I've tried to mark the pictures hopefully I've marked them enough.

Damage on the obverse.

Something funky is going on with the talons and the arrows that you pointed out. Can't tell you what it is, we need better photos.

I believe that this is just damage. Metal has been shifted over.
