I'll say MS-62 - cheek and neck look heavily marked.

I'll go a 63 on this one, very nice. Although baggy, it only looks noticeable in certain lighting. You can barely see it in the first pic.

I dont agree with the MS-60 grade, the details of the Obverse and the hairlines, ears and even eyebrows are pretty nice. As GMS5 said, the really close shot shows bag marks, but on natural light you cannot see those..

Did ICCS grade it ms60?

It seems to have been graded by them.

I would have guessed either a 62 or 63.
